অর্ডার গ্রহণ এবং মূল্য নির্ধারণ
Aurix Fume বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ, সীমিত, বাতিল অথবা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
আমরা যেকোনো সময়:
● পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তন করতে পারি
● স্টকের তথ্য আপডেট করতে পারি
● অর্ডারের অতিরিক্ত তথ্য যাচাই করতে পারি
● সন্দেহজনক অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি
● প্রযুক্তিগত অথবা মূল্যসংক্রান্ত ভুলের কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি

রিটার্ন এবং প্রতিস্থাপন নীতি
গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের অগ্রাধিকার। কোনো গ্রাহক ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা লিক হওয়া পণ্য পেলে প্রযোজ্য শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রতিস্থাপন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা প্রদান করা হতে পারে।
এক্সচেঞ্জ অথবা প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য:
● পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে
● পণ্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না
● পারফিউম স্প্রে বা পরীক্ষা করা যাবে না
● সিল, ক্যাপ এবং প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে
● অরিজিনাল বক্স, লেবেল এবং অন্যান্য আনুষঙ্গিক উপাদান সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে
● প্রয়োজনে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্যের ছবি এবং আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রদান করতে হবে
সিল খোলা, ব্যবহৃত অথবা পরীক্ষা করা পারফিউম স্বাস্থ্যবিধি এবং পণ্যের প্রকৃতির কারণে সাধারণত রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
রিটার্ন এবং প্রতিস্থাপনের কারণ
নিম্নোক্ত কারণে রিটার্ন অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে:
● ভুল পারফিউম বা পণ্য ডেলিভারি
● ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভাঙা বোতল
● পণ্য লিক হওয়া
● স্প্রে মেকানিজমে ত্রুটি
● ভুল পরিমাণ বা ভ্যারিয়েন্ট ডেলিভারি
● সিল বা প্যাকেজিং ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া
● ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া তথ্যের সঙ্গে পণ্যের উল্লেখযোগ্য অসামঞ্জস্যতা
শুধু ঘ্রাণ পছন্দ না হওয়া, ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ পরিবর্তন অথবা ত্বকে পারফিউমের পারফরম্যান্স প্রত্যাশামতো না হওয়া সাধারণত রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের গ্রহণযোগ্য কারণ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।
রিফান্ড নীতি
বর্তমানে Aurix Fume শুধুমাত্র Cash on Delivery—COD পদ্ধতিতে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করে। তাই অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের পরিবর্তে এক্সচেঞ্জ অথবা প্রতিস্থাপন সুবিধা প্রদান করা হয়।
বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে কোম্পানির যাচাই এবং অনুমোদনের ভিত্তিতে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হতে পারে।
কোনো রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে সেটি কোম্পানির নির্ধারিত প্রক্রিয়া এবং সময়সীমা অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে।
অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগে গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিল করার অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে গেলে অথবা প্যাকেজিং ও শিপমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হওয়ার পর বাতিলকরণের অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত এবং ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
এই ওয়েবসাইট, অর্ডার অথবা আমাদের সেবা থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের ঢাকার উপযুক্ত আদালতের এখতিয়ারের অধীন বিবেচিত হবে।
আইনি বিরোধ

প্রতারণামূলক অথবা ব্যবসায়িক অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ
নিরাপদ কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আমরা নিয়মিত অর্ডার এবং অন্যান্য কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করি।
সন্দেহজনক, প্রতারণামূলক, পুনর্বিক্রয়ের উদ্দেশ্যে অস্বাভাবিক পরিমাণে করা অথবা ক্ষতিকর অর্ডার শনাক্ত হলে কোম্পানি পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
ক্ষতিপূরণ
ব্যবহারকারীর কোনো বেআইনি কার্যকলাপ, এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন অথবা তৃতীয় পক্ষের অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ করার কারণে Aurix Fume বা Identic Apparel Ltd.-এর কোনো ক্ষতি, দাবি, দায় অথবা ব্যয় সৃষ্টি হলে ব্যবহারকারী তার জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
ওয়ারেন্টির অস্বীকৃতি এবং দায়ের সীমাবদ্ধতা

ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি
পণ্য গ্রাহকের কাছে সফলভাবে হস্তান্তরের পর পণ্যের ক্ষতি, অপব্যবহার, ভুল সংরক্ষণ অথবা অন্যান্য ঝুঁকির দায় গ্রাহকের ওপর বর্তাবে।
পারফিউম সরাসরি সূর্যালোক, অতিরিক্ত তাপ, আর্দ্রতা এবং আগুনের উৎস থেকে দূরে সংরক্ষণ করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
জালিয়াতি সুরক্ষা নীতি
Aurix Fume নিরাপদ অনলাইন কেনাকাটা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য নিয়মিত অর্ডার এবং ব্যবহারকারীর কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করে।
ভুয়া নাম, ভুল ঠিকানা, প্রতারণামূলক অর্ডার, অন্যের তথ্য ব্যবহার অথবা সন্দেহজনক আচরণ শনাক্ত হলে কোম্পানি:

সমাপ্তি
